[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]GPD Creative Agency is seeking an IT Support Specialist. We are seeking a hard-working, collaborative person with strong technical experience in IT infrastructure, Cloud computing environments, help desk and network management support.

The position has a wide range of responsibilities that will involve engaging with all levels of users to support all aspects of technology throughout the organization, which will include network infrastructure and security, mobile access and computing, backup and disaster recovery, virtual servers and desktops, IP telephones, general to advanced help desk support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree that is I.T. related (preferred)
• Agency Experience is a plus.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Previous work experience in supporting IT Infrastructure in an agency environment is a plus!
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to travel locally when necessary
• A strong aptitude for problem-solving and research is a must
• The ability to work collaboratively and contribute ideas to a team is important as is the ability to work independently with little oversight
• Communication and the ability to work with end-users while displaying a high level of professionalism is essential along with the ability to manage multiple projects
