The Client Project Manager will partner with the CEO and team to provide a consistent, positive client experience by having clear communication, building rapport, and fostering relationships with the team and clients. The Client Project Manager will work alongside the marketing team to collaborate on projects and manage workflow.

This is a remote part-time position with the potential to become full-time quickly.

Responsibilities

• Client Management
• Onboard new clients following the enrollment process
• Generate and send weekly reports to clients
• Collaborate with the team for creative ideas & client strategies
• Monitor client accounts and recommend improvements
• Address client questions and concerns
• Project Management
• Maintain project management systems
• Manage client project timelines and ensure the team is meeting deadlines
• Admin & Ops
• Debrief team on critical issues related to projects and clients
• Contribute to developing automated systems to improve workflows and handoffs

Essential Skills (Expected Proficiencies to Excel)

• General knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies
• At least 1 year of experience in an agency environment
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work within timelines and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage client expectations and find the win-win in challenging situations
• Effective communication skills and ability to rally a team to action
• Good command of the English language, both written & oral
• Preference will be given to candidates with agency and digital marketing experience
• Digital Marketing Strategy not required, but a definite plus
